Schedule of Fees and Dues

One Time Initiation Fee:        $250.00 submitted with membership application

Annual membership dues:      $400.00 due by February 1st / $450.00 if payed after February 1st

Partial season membership:   $200.00 Aug 1st - Dec 31st, due with membership application
 

For vessels with electrical and water hookups

Seasonal dock fee:                  $1200.00 total due by April 1st
                                                $750.00 due by April 1st and $450.00 due by July 1st

Partial season dock fee:        $600.00 August 1st - last Saturday in October

For vessels without sleeping quarters, electrical or water hookups

Seasonal dock fee:                 $800.00 total due by April 1st

Partial season dock fee:         $400.00 August 1st - last Saturday in October

Haul out / launch fee:            $2.00 per linear ft. for members with a seasonal dock purchase
                                               $4.00 per linear ft. for members without a seasonal dock purchase
                                               $6.00 per linear ft. for non-members

Vessel storage:                      $100.00 flat rate for members (Oct 1st - May 31st)

                                              $1.50 a day between Oct 1st - May 31st for members without a seasonal dock
                                              $1.50 a day between June 1st - Sept 30th for members without a seasonal dock

                                              $10.00 a day for nonmembers   

Transient dockage:                $1.00 per linear ft per day ($10.00 key deposit for restroom/shower entry door)
                                              $5.00 per day for members (Members are limited to a total or 14 transient days per season)

Non member pump out:         $5.00 each pump out

Second 30 amp hookup:        $100.00 per season and $50.00 per partial season (must specify second hookup at time of dock purchase)
                                                           $10.00 per day for transient dockage

Second dock:                          $600.00 for members who have already paid full price for a dock and would like another one for a
                                                  vessel that has no sleeping quarters and no water or electrical hookup available. This is subject
                                                  to dock availability and the understanding that the selected dock can be held year after year by
                                                  the member if a member paying full price would like said dock.

RV camping:                            $12.00 per day for members
(includes water and 50 amp hookup)             $20.00 per day for nonmembers
                                                 $20.00 water fee for washing RV

Absent work party fee:           Members have the option to not participate in the spring and fall work parties. For each work
                                                   party the member chooses not to participate in a $300.00 charge will be added to their annual
                                                   membership dues. This fee must be paid along with the members annual dues by February 1st
                                                   of each year.

Vessels on a trailer:                 $1.00 per day for vessels 13 to 21 feet long
(applies when member is not present)        $1.50 per day for vessels exceeding 21 feet long

Note:                                   All fees apply to the calendar year in which they are due. In the event a fee is paid but unused it will
                                            not carry over to the following calendar year.
