Jin Pole
New Jin Pole and new pad
Dredging
Keeping the depth with the OYC dredge.
Years with lower water level we are able to maintain a safe minimum level by dredging the Lagoon and Riverside dock areas.
Dredging
The dredging is done in late March or early April.
The weather at this time is often less than ideal.
New Lift
Purchased from The Fond du Lac Yacht Club.
This is a much larger capacity than the old lift, is open ended, and will ease picking and setting sail boats.
The Pat Whealon
It's now easy to move sailboats with masts up
Lift Well
The larger new lift dictated some modification needed to the lift well.
We found a leak in our pump out line and had to dig it out. We repaired the damaged section. The high water that year made extra work for the repair.
Lift Well Mods
We can now lift boats to 40'x 14'wide.
The right section was reworked to handle the lift wheels. The left side was moved out and a new pad was poured the full length to the river.
RV Pads
We added 3 RV pads for club member only use.
We trenched in water and power lines for the pads.
Power Supply
A new power supply was added to the north end of the Lagoon.
We left the Lagoon Channel docks on the old power grid. We split the east and west Lagoon dock so each recieved it's own power grid.
Third RV Pad
The third pad is by the new power panel and runs east-west. This affords a great view of the Lagoon, Clubhouse, and who visits. All docks are visible and it's easy to keep tabs on the club.
Lagoon Rip Rap
New rip rap on the east side of Lagoon.
Rip Rap
Rip Rap along the west side of the Lagoon.
Restorations
Like all others on the River and Bay we have some work to do.
The drives and parking areas have been regraveled. A little work and we'll have the grounds restored to their park like appearance.
