We’re a working club which keeps our members’ costs down. We do our own yard and dock maintenance, club cleaning, boat hauling, and launching. We have two work parties a year (last Saturday in April and October). Members can opt out of work parties by paying the absent work party fee or arranging make up work with the board.

• Full season: May 1 – last Saturday in Oct
• Partial season: Aug 1 – last Saturday in Oct

Membership Fees

• Application fee: $250
• Annual membership dues
  • Full season: $400
  • Partial season: $200 (Aug 1 – Dec 31)
• Absent work party fee
  • $300 for each work party missed

The following fees are based on OYC membership unless noted.

Dock Fees

New dock assignments are established after work parties.

• Vessels with electrical and water hookup
  • Full season: $1200
  • Partial season: $600
• Vessels without electrical or water hookup
  • Full season: $800
  • Partial season: $400
• Second electrical (must specify at time of dock purchase)
  • Full season: $100
  • Partial season: $50
• Second dock for vessels without sleeping quarters, electrical, or water hookup

Storage Fees

• Summer storage (June 1 – Sept 30)
  • Without seasonal dock: $1.50 per day
  • Non-members: $10 per day
• Winter storage (Oct 1 – May 31)
  • With seasonal dock: $100
  • Without seasonal dock: $1.50 per day
  • Non-members: $10 per day
• Vessels on trailers
  • Vessels 13’-21’: $1 per day
  • Vessels exceeding 21’: $1.50 per day

Other Fees

• Transient boat docks (with 30 amp electrical and water hookup)
  • Members: $5 per day (up to 14 days per season)
  • Non-members: $1 per linear foot per day + $10 refundable deposit for key
• RV camping (with electrical and water hookup)

  • Guests: $20 per day
